How Forge handles your data during the beta.
What we collect
Forge collects the account details you provide (name and email) and the training data you log: workouts, lifts, body metrics and fuel entries. Some of this is health data — your body weight, measurements and how you fuel your training.
During onboarding Forge also collects your answers to an eating-disorder screening questionnaire. This is sensitive health data and we treat it as such: it is used only to decide what the app shows you, never sold or shared for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your health and screening data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you sign up and complete onboarding. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your account.
Storage
Your data is stored on servers in the EU and protected in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal and health data is removed.
Your data: export and deletion
You can ask us to export a copy of your data, or to delete your account and everything in it. Email us and we'll action it.
Cookies
Forge uses essential cookies only — the session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
